Gemma Reed
My work is mainly process led and explores tension and contrast. Drawing is the essential tool that drives my ideas forward in a constant, circular pattern of deconstruction and reconstruction until a pared down, clarity of form is realised. The large scale of my work is important as I want the visual impact to encourage the viewer to become totally immersed in the shapes and spaces that have been created.
